Non-Certification Online CPR/AED Training Course with Master the Skills CPR

Join the New York State Adult Day Services Association (NYSADSA) and Joseph Perazzo, Owner of Master the Skills CPR/Licensed Teacher and Certified EMT with over 24 years of teaching experience, for a non-certification online CPR/AED training course that will include the following topics:

  • Assessing the scene
  • Recognizing the emergency and patient assessment
  • Chain of survival
  • CPR for all ages with a focus on adult CPR – chest compressions and rescue breaths
  • How to use an AED machine (Automated External Defibrillator)
  • How to handle choking emergencies – the Heimlich maneuver
  • Rescue breathing – how to use a Bag Valve Mask (BVM) and other airway devices
  • How to use an EpiPen to treat anaphylaxis
  • How to administer Narcan for opioid-related emergencies
