Session Description: Join NYSADSA and presenter Yulandie Latham for a poignant one-hour session that will unveil the often-overlooked heroes behind the scenes of healthcare – caregivers – and how we can support them.

Presenter: Yulandie Latham, BA, BSN, RN, CADDCT

Yulandie Latham is the owner and Executive Director of Allpro Staffing and Consulting based out of Garden City, New York. Yulandie along with her team provides superior health care trainings, assessments, home care business operations consulting, and staffing services along the East Coast. She has a diverse educational background that enhances her approach to quality and education in the healthcare industry. Yulandie began her pursuit of higher learning at the prestigious University of Toronto and earned a BA in Criminology and 16 years ago obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the College of New Rochelle in New York.

Throughout her nursing career, Yulandie has embraced different roles to enrich her expertise in nursing and add to her growing network of professional healthcare associates. Her roles include, but are not limited to, Cardiac Critical Care Nurse, Home Care Nurse, Director of Patient Services, and Business Owner. Furthermore, Yulandie is a passionate certified Emergency Care Instructor and Nationally Certified Dementia Disease Care Trainer. One of her greatest accomplishments has been becoming intimately involved with the Alzheimer’s Association of New York and being honored as the 2020 recipient of the Frank Carlino Award for her work as an ambassador and advocate increasing awareness of Alzheimer’s disease through education and promotion of dementia care.
