Presented by: Paul Buchanan, principal sanitarian, NYSDOH Bureau of Community Environmental Health and Food Protection (BCEHFP)

Paul is a Principal Sanitarian and has worked for the Department of Health for 7 years. He has performed numerous kitchen inspections and in his current position, he works to develop regulations for food service establishments and provide training and guidance to Local Health Departments and sanitarians throughout New York State.
